♡ IMPORTANT FOR ANY TYPE OF CANDLE:

• Make sure your candle is on a flat, draft-free surface.
• Always let the wax melt to the edges of the container. Otherwise, a tunnel may form around the wick. (Between 2 and 4 hours after the first burn)

♡ CANDLE WITH CHANTILLY CREAM (Cream effect):

Frosted or Chantilly-style candles are made using whipped soy wax, creating a texture reminiscent of whipped cream. Some may include wax melts or small decorative wax pieces that complement the theme of each candle.

It's important to remove the wax melts or decorative wax pieces before lighting this type of candle. This will ensure better combustion and prevent the wick from clogging or burning unevenly.

• Important: Before turning it on, remove all wax melts or decorative pieces.
• If you think there's any risk of the wax spilling, we recommend placing a plate underneath. Any spilled wax can be reused by melting it in your wax melter, just like any other wax melt.

♡ AFTERCARE:

• Before lighting your candle for subsequent uses, be sure to remove any soot that may have accumulated on the wick. It is also important to leave 5 to 6 millimeters of wick above the wax to prevent it from smothering and to ensure proper combustion.
• Finally, when extinguishing the candle, make sure the wick is straight. This will help prevent it from sinking, tilting, or burning unevenly in future uses.
  
  If you take proper care of your candle, it should last approximately:
• Classic candle 150g. +30 hours.
• Decorated candle 120g. +25 hours
• Candle with frosting +180g. +40 hours.

Wax melts, or simply melts , are small pieces of scented wax that melt in a wax warmer. Because they don't burn, they release their fragrance more quickly and powerfully than a scented candle.

In addition, its fragrance can easily spread to different rooms , filling your entire home with your favorite scents.

Snap Bars are just like classic Wax Melts… but in a chocolate bar format! Plus, we have them in a DUO pack, combining the best flavors available.

Simply break off an ounce, place it in your favorite burner, and let the aroma work its magic.

It is much easier for you to use, since sometimes you don't know how many pieces of Wax Melts you have to melt in the burner.

Wax melts as closet air fresheners

Waxmelts can be used as closet fresheners, hung in organza bags, or simply placed inside the closet. They typically last 3 to 4 months, although in some cases they can last even longer.

When you notice it stops giving off its scent, don't throw it away! Use it as a Wax Melt ; simply break off a piece and put it in a wax burner, and you'll soon notice it releasing its aroma again.

For your order to leave our workshop and be shipped, it must meet the normal processing times (24-72h) and then the transport company will deliver it in about 24 to 72 hours.

Can I add something to my order?
Yes, you can. As long as the order hasn't left our workshop, there won't be any problem. You'll need to contact us through the contact form or by sending an email to popcarlycandles@gmail.com , indicating your order number and the item you'd like to add.

However, adding new products to an existing order will cause your order preparation time to change due to our production times, if we do not have it in stock.

Can I return or cancel a product?

Our products are entirely handmade and begin production once we receive your order. As these are made-to-order items , we do not accept returns or exchanges.

In the case of decorated candles or those with a frosting or chantilly effect, slight differences may also occur in the texture or placement of the wax melts and decorative elements.
Although we start from the same design pattern, no two candles are exactly alike, which is why each candle is unique and that is precisely part of its charm.
